Order
When you place an order, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase the items you have chosen. You have the option of receiving an invoice for your purchase, where artist VAT (5%) is included in the price of original works. Payment of a work over several installments is possible, is agreed individually, is binding and is paid within a reasonable time when the individual agreed dates are reached/the invoice has been sent.

Prices
All prices on the website include VAT. Any shipping costs are agreed individually. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer or MobilePay.

Delivery
Delivery is immediately possible throughout Europe, but must be investigated and agreed individually. Prices may vary. In Denmark, most smaller works will usually be shipped within a few business days, and larger works usually within 1-2 weeks. Shipping in Denmark is free. When Denmark is mentioned, it refers to all cities in Zealand, Funen, and Jutland.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases according to Danish law. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you receive the goods. If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. Physical purchases and collection in the studio or similar are purchased as seen and therefore do not give you a right of withdrawal.

Returns
If you regret your purchase, the item must be returned in its original condition. Once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method. It is up to the customer to have the item returned and pay any costs that may be incurred.

Complaints
We offer a 2-year right of complaint according to Danish law. This means that you as a consumer can complain about errors or defects in a product for up to 2 years after purchase. If the product is defective or does not meet the expected quality, you can choose to have the product repaired, exchanged or receive a discount on the price. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. If you complain within the first 6 months, it is the seller's responsibility to prove that the defect was not there from the start. After 6 months, you as a consumer must be able to document that the defect is due to an original defect.

Liability
We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, transportation problems, etc.). We are not responsible for any spelling errors in our terms and conditions.

Privacy
We collect name, address, phone number, email and payment information when you place an order in the checkout. We do this through Squarespace, Stripe, Nets, Mobilepay, Klarna, in order to complete your purchase. We also collect your contact information to manually share with various professional shipping companies, if necessary. Also to contact you if something goes wrong with the order or any other questions we might have regarding shipping etc. We do not resell or pass on your information to third parties without your consent, unless it is necessary to fulfill your order or ship it. We ensure that we are up to date with the latest legislation within GDPR. We do this, among other things, by using SSL encryption and secure payment. We store your data for as long as necessary for the purpose. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us.

Access to complaints
If you have a complaint about your transaction, you can contact us directly. If we cannot find a solution, you can submit the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board
